2) Once you click on Help and Support, a dialogue box will open, fill up the details. Make sure the email address you provide is a valid one.
5) Now go to YOUR email (from which you send ticket), you will see an automatic mail first saying that, they received your mail and then after Few days/some time later they will respond to you there.

You can see all the tickets you have sent till now in one place, if you click and open a particular request you will see the ticket number or ID.
